Leevo

Terms of Service

Effective 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Universley, a company registered in Colorado, USA ("we"), about the Leevo app and the leevo.cc website. By installing or using Leevo you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What Leevo is

Leevo estimates when you should get ready and when you should leave to reach a place by a time you set. The estimates come from Apple Maps drive times and from your phone's location. They are estimates. Traffic, road closures, weather, a weak GPS signal, missing network coverage, low battery, or iOS stopping the app can all make an alert early, late or absent.

2. Use it safely

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Leevo on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms. Leevo, its name, icon and code belong to Universley.

4. Beta versions

Builds distributed through TestFlight are unfinished. They may contain faults, may lose stored trips between builds, and expire on Apple's schedule. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the app without any obligation to you.

5. Price

Leevo is currently free. If that changes, the price will be shown before you pay anything.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what the app does with your data.

7. Third-party services

Leevo depends on Apple's Maps, location and notification services. Your use of those is also governed by Apple's terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

8. No warranty

Leevo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an estimate is correct or that an alert will be delivered on time or at all.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Universley is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses caused by arriving late, missing an appointment or relying on an estimate or alert. Our total liability for any claim about Leevo is limited to the greater of what you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Ending

You can stop using Leevo at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app, or end your licence if you break these terms.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and Universley, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Leevo or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims or claims that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country under a US Government embargo and are not on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights that the law of the place where you live gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date, and applies from then on if you keep using the app.
